✅ Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@auralias.co with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used products or opened flavoured cores.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please email support@auralias.co within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right, fast.
